Welcome to DesignGaragen.dk, your favorite destination for modern and stylish furniture. Our story began in 2010, where we launched our business under the name The furniture architect. With a passion for Scandinavian design and quality furniture, we wanted to create a universe where customers could find furniture and interiors that combine aesthetics and functionality.

I 2013 we took a big step and changed our name to DesignGarage. At the same time, we found the perfect location for our physical store in Rice forest – an older car workshop, which we converted into an inspiring furniture store. With a love for craftsmanship and design, we transformed the raw industrial building into a beautiful showroom filled with high-quality furniture, lighting and interiors. Here, customers could experience our carefully selected range and get personal advice on furnishing.

As our webshop, designgaragen.dk, grew, we changed our focus. I 2018 we closed the store in Risskov to focus 100% on online shopping. This made it possible for us to offer an even wider selection and reach customers throughout Denmark.

Quality and Craftsmanship – Our Italian Sewing Room

In addition to our large selection of furniture and interiors, we specialize in the production of leather cushions, which we manufacture on our own Italian sewing room. Here, skilled craftsmen work with the finest materials and traditional techniques to create exclusive leather cushions that combine comfort and timeless design.

Each cushion is carefully fitted and sewn with great precision to ensure the best quality. We only use the best leather, which is not only beautiful and durable, but also develops a nice patina over time. Our leather cushions go perfectly with both modern and classic furniture and are an exclusive choice for any decor.

Our carefully selected accessory range includes, among other things plants and pots, which brings nature inside and creates a harmonious atmosphere. In addition, we offer our exclusive leather cushions and leather cushions, which are handmade in our sewing room in Italy – proof of our dedication to quality and good craftsmanship.
