Refund Policy

We have a 30-day returns policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it. It must be unused, have a tag on it and be in the original packaging. You must also have the receipt or proof of purchase.

To initiate a return, please contact us at webshop@designgaragen.dk. Please note that returned goods must be sent to the following address: Ulstrupvej 33, 8870 Langå

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return label as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without a return being requested will not be accepted.

Damages and problems
You must examine your order when you receive it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the problem and get it corrected.

Exceptions/non-returnable items
Certain types of goods cannot be returned, such as perishable products (such as food, flowers or plants), customized products (such as special orders or personalized items) and personal care items (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns of hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases. Contact us if you have any questions about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to make sure you get what you want is to return the item you received. Once the return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase of the new item.

The EU's 14-day cooling-off period Notwithstanding the above, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without explanation, if the item is shipped to the EU. As above, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it. It must be unused, have the tag on and be in the original packaging. You must also have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
We will notify you when we have received and examined your return and we will tell you whether the refund has been approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded via your original payment method within 10 working days. Keep in mind that it may also take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post.
