DELIVERY TIME
We ship all items purchased in the webshop the same day if ordered before 15:00
The delivery time is 1 – 2 working days in Denmark and 2 - 3 to almost all other countries
DELIVERY BY CARRIER
If you need to have a piece of furniture delivered by a carrier, we will notify you the day before the carrier arrives. If the carrier has the option of placing the shipment in, for example, a carport, or in their own driveway, please let us know about this. All shipments are delivered to the curb. If the delivery date cannot be observed for various reasons, or something else goes wrong during the delivery - you will be contacted by the freight and DesignGaragen with a new delivery date.
Delivery by courier comes in most cases the day after ordering and otherwise up to 3 working days.
Delivery to countries other than Europe - delivered with the conditions DAP - you therefore take care of customs and taxes yourself.
PRICES
All prices on our webshop include Danish 25% VAT. If you choose to have it sent to a country outside Europe, you do not pay Danish VAT, but instead we send your goods for customs clearance.
All prices on the webshop are a guide price, until you have chosen the right materials, you will be informed immediately what the price for the individual item is.
There is no credit card fee.
We reserve the right to price errors.
PAYMENT BY DAN CARD
All prices on our webshop include Danish VAT of 25%. You can pay with Dankort, VisaDankort, VisaElektron, MasterCard, Maestro, JCB, MobilePay, AnyDay, ApplePay.
PAYMENT WITH INSTALLMENTS OR INVOICE VIA KLARNA OR ANYDAY
Klarna:
In order to offer Klarna's payment methods, we may transfer your personal information in the form of contact and order information to Klarna, so that Klarna can assess whether you qualify for their payment methods and to tailor these payment methods to you. Your transferred personal data will be processed in accordance with Klarna's own Data Protection Notice.
EAN ORDER

SECURITY OF PAYMENT
This page describes the payment security at DesignGaragen.dk.
Online payment: At DesignGaragen.dk you can pay with a Danish issued Dankort, Visa, Mastercard, Bank transfer or public EAN number.
When you pay by card, we only withdraw the amount from your account when your goods are dispatched from us. You will receive a receipt for the payment together with your goods.
You run no risk by using your Dankort or other forms of payment at DesignGaragen.dk, as we use a so-called SSL connection to ensure that no one else is "listening" in when your card number or other data is transferred online. The credit card information is conveyed via DesignGaragen.dk to NETS on a secure and encrypted SSL connection - we do not see your card information and will never see it, as this part of the transaction is handled by a certified payment intermediary.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
DesignGaragen.dk offers a 30-day right of withdrawal, valid from the day you receive the item. If you regret the purchase, DesignGaragen.dk must be notified of this no later than 30 days after the day you received the item. You are obliged to return the item in the same condition and quantity as it was received, which also applies to it packaging and information signs, which is on the item. The customer bears the costs associated with returning the item.
Any return of an item is recommended to be made via the freight supplier that delivered the item, and via our return system at DesignGaragen.dk for faster processing and return of the purchase price.
It is not possible to return large furniture delivered outside Denmark's borders, for example furniture delivered on pallets. If the furniture is damaged, however, we will make an exchange. Remember to take pictures of the product before opening it.
RETURN
How long do I have to return?
If you regret your purchase, you can return the item up to 30 days from receipt.
You can return the item(s) if:
- Products that have not been used
- Products are returned in the same condition as when you received them. That is screws, manuals, plastic packaging etc.
- Products must be returned in the same condition as delivered (please do not use original packaging to send back in)
- If you are unsure whether you want to keep products that require assembly/installation, you must decide whether you want to return before the product is assembled/installed
Original packaging can make up a significant part of the product's value. Therefore, remember to always return the item in the original packaging. We do not recommend that you only use the original packaging as return packaging, but that the package is additionally packaged in an outer packaging, as damage to the original packaging may cause the product to decrease in value.

Unclaimed packages from post offices are automatically charged a return fee. Unclaimed packages from abroad and countries other than Denmark will be subject to a return fee of the same amount as the shipment.
How do I return the item?
In order for you to return the item, you must first find out how it was delivered to you. Is the item delivered on a pallet, or is it delivered with GLS/Postnord as a postal package?

If you want to show up yourself, and it's not a carrier, you just have to contact us first, to make sure we're not at another warehouse, and you then drive in vain.
Refund
Your return is processed automatically within approx. 1 – 5 business days from arrival. Your money is returned to the means of payment previously used.
RIGHT OF COMPLAINT
You have 2 years right of complaint. For goods purchased on DesignGaragen.dk, the right to complain applies from receipt of the goods. It is expected that you, as a customer, follow the enclosed instructions or seek instructions on product care from the brand's own website, which provides guidance on correct use and maintenance of the product. If a product fails to comply with the instructions, it will be perceived as incorrect use or other damage-causing behaviour, and therefore the product will not be covered by the right of complaint.
You must advertise within a "reasonable time" after you have discovered the lack of the item. If you advertise within 14 days after, that the defect has been discovered, the complaint will always be timely.
PERSONAL DATA POLICY
In order for you to enter into an agreement with us, we need the following information:
Name, address, phone no. and email address. We register your personal data with the aim of being able to deliver the goods to you.
The personal information is registered with DesignGaragen ApS and stored for five years, after which the information is deleted. The data controller at www.designgaragen.dk is DesignGaragen ApS.
As registered with DesignGaragen ApS, you always have the right to object to the registration. You also have the right to insight into what information is registered about you. You have these rights according to the Personal Data Act and inquiries in connection with this should be addressed to: webshop@designgaragen.dk
COMPLAINT ACCESS
If you want to complain about your purchase, you must contact webshop@designgaragen.dk. If we do not succeed in finding a solution, you can lodge a complaint with relevant boards in the area, if the conditions for this are met.
